Economic Assistance Program - The
Transportation Economic Assistance program provides 50% state grants to
governing bodies, private businesses, and consortiums for road, rail, harbor and
airport projects that help attract employers to Wisconsin, or encourage business
and industry to remain and expand in the state.
Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE) Program - The Wisconsin Department of
Transportation (WisDOT) Office of DBE Programs administers a range of services
to increase participation of firms owned by disadvantaged individuals in all
federal aid and state transportation facility contracts.
