The Waupaca County Economic
Development Corporation, a 503(c)(4) corporation, has a Board of Directors that
represents both the private and public sectors. There is one appointed
representative from each of the seven member communities, and two appointed
representatives from the County Board of Supervisors. The other seven
individuals are invited as at-large members. The officers are elected on an
annual basis.
